The New Leaders Forum is a year-long leadership development series for a select group of emerging leaders of the Jewish Community. The program, sponsored by The Jewish Federation of Greater Long Beach and West Orange County, will prepare the chosen participants for lay leadership roles in synagogues, agencies, and other Jewish nonprofit organizations.

The chosen participants will meet to engage in lively discussions, in-depth dialogue and hands on experiences led by influential presenters and facilitators.  In each session, the chosen participants will gain important knowledge that will empower them to be leaders in our community.   Participants will have additional opportunities for social networking, Jewish enrichment, and social action.
