It's so much fun to talk to the little ones coming to learn about school! Come help register families on site, distribute backpacks, and provide support services as needed. Long Beach Unified School District organizes several such festivals each year to help children and parents prepare for a school program and learn about what many community services are available to them.

Each pre-kindergarten student receives a backpack filled with LBUSD-donated school items. The backpacks are funded by our Section’s Tikkun Olam donations and the Denise Berro Kindergarten Tribute Fund.
