NCJW Long Beach will be offering ROAR (Resistance, Organizing, Action, Resilience) advocacy training on Sunday, July 8, 2018, from 9:30 to 5:00 at the Alpert Jewish Community Center, 3801 E. Willow St., Long Beach. This workshop will be led by NCJW, Inc. (Washington, DC) and JOIN for Justice, and it is open to the entire community. Using community organizing as our grounding, the workshop will explore how to build power and think strategically about our advocacy work to have the greatest impact. Join us to connect with social justice partners, strengthen the tools in our toolbox, and envision the next phase of our community’s path forward.
