Join us for this season of miracles and the first weekend of Chanukah as we gather with the community for our annual Mahjong holiday party! Play with other Mahjong enthusiasts or, if you're feeling tile-curious, sign up for the Mahj Club Intro Workshop to learn the timeless game. Come solo or bring a friend — a portion of ticket sales supports Jewish Long Beach's Senior Programs.
Enjoy a screening of the Mahj Club’s short film "Mahjong: A Game for Life," a few words of wisdom from our Mahj Club Maven, Sara Linden, plus snacks, prizes, and plenty of Chanukah spirit! As a kick-off to the season, we're going with the theme of Lucky Eights:
