Group Fitness Classes

Reservations are required for all group exercise classes. Reserve below or in the Alpert JCC App. There is a $5 no-show fee for reservations not canceled 8 hours in advance.

Use the calendar and filter options to find the perfect class for you. Click “See more” for class description. Active membership is required to reserve your spot.

  • Click into the class a few minutes early to make sure you’re logged on when the class starts.
  • Please pin your instructors so you can see the instructor video as the largest box. Here’s how:
    • On the computer, you click the 3 dots and choose “pin video”
    • On iPad click the instructor box 2x
  • The instructor will mute all when class begins. If you have questions or comments during the class, please use the chatbox on the bottom of the screen to speak with the instructor. Please note there is a private and public option.

Aqua Fitness is a great way to improve joint stability, coordination, heart health, and strength! With classes 7/days a week, this low-impact class is sure to get you moving in the new Mary Alpert Pool!
