Join Temple Beth Ohr and Temple Israel for an extraordinary event this June 14th! Temple Beth Ohr of La Mirada and Temple Israel of Long Beach are hosting a benefit concert featuring some of the biggest names in contemporary Jewish music.

We are raising money to buy new prayerbooks for Beth Israel Congregation in Jackson, MS which suffered a hateful arson attack in January of this year which caused extensive damage to the building and the community. It destroyed the library, the foyer and two Torahs. The fire also severely affected the work of the Institute of Southern Jewish Life which has its offices within the Temple.
