A 65-Year Tradition

Camp Komaroff

Since 1960, Camp Komaroff has been here to support children. Our camp encourages growth, inspires confidence, and provides a framework for lasting memories and friendships year-round. We provide quality programs that are age-appropriate, fun, and safe. Our camp is filled with a sense of simcha (joy), kehila (community), ruach (spirit), and kef (fun)! We have welcomed over 20,000 campers since the start of Camp Komaroff, and we hope your child will be one of them.

Camp FAQ

Do you offer PM Care and what is the cost for extended care?

We offer PM care from 4PM-5PM for $60 additional per session.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

Payments are not due until a week before each session starts. This means you can cancel a session as long as it is a week before the start date. The only exception is the registration fee which is non-refundable and paid at the time of registration.

Are naps still offered in camp?

We do not offer dedicated nap time, however, we have been able to accommodate the occasional nap in our camp office when needed.

Does each week have its own registration fee?

No, the registration fee is a ONE-TIME payment. Regardless of whether you come to camp for 1 session or 8 sessions, the $100 registration fee is only paid ONCE.

Will Tadpoles app be a form of communication with counselors at camp?

Camp does have the Tadpoles app for parent communication. You may receive photos occasionally but not consistently. It is a great tool for families to communicate with our staff!

What is your group capacity/ratio?

Each age group has stricter ratios with our youngest campers having the strictest ratios (1:5). Our older campers have a ratio of either 1:6 or 1:8 depending on the age of the campers. During swim and field trips, these ratios are even more strict. Our group capacity is ~16-20 depending on the group.
