No matter your fitness goal, we have a personal trainer for you. Our trainers can create fitness programs specifically designed for you, and create exercise routines to help with specific injuries or medical conditions.

Personal Training: 60-min consultation and 3 30-min sessions: $120 (Members only!)

Private Yoga: 3 30-min sessions (virtual or in-person): $110
